INGREDIENTS (4 PORTIONS)
200gr green asparagus
2 lettuce leaves
100gr cottage cheese
Tomatoes
Honey
Balsamic vinegar
HOW TO PREPARE
Cook the asparagus in boiling water and cool immediately. Cut the tomatoes in half, arrange on a platter and fill with slices of curd cheese. Grill the asparagus and arrange on top of the curd cheese.
Serve with lettuce leaves and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and a drizzle of honey.
