Code of Conduct and Incident Reporting System
Aviludo relies on an educational approach to anchor the business principles in the minds of its employees. A document on the intranet, for example, explains the eight principles with the help of practical examples. Simple. Clear. Understandable. In addition, we organize training and counselling sessions.
We inform all our employees about the rules and standards relevant to their areas of work. We help them fulfill their obligations. We bring our compliance principles to life.
Aviludo continuously checks compliance with all rules and standards. A dedicated compliance organization analyzes any weaknesses. Where necessary, Compliance Officers develop concrete measures to prevent misconduct.
If situations are unclear, there are several people available for advice, including Compliance Officers. Anyone who becomes aware of a breach of compliance rules can also use METRO's Whistleblowing System. This option is available to both employees and third parties, customers, suppliers and business partners. Reports are submitted online and can be made anonymously.
