    1. If a specific or mandatory period is required by law, this will be the data retention period. In all other cases, personal data will be kept for no longer than the periods indicated above, which Aviludo considers to be sufficient to fulfill the purposes.
    2. At the end of the retention period, all personal data collected will be deleted.

    1. Before we explain how you can exercise your rights, you should know what they are. The law gives you the right to ask us to exercise the following rights:

  12. When do we communicate data to third parties?
    1. Aviludo may use third parties to provide certain services, such as maintenance, technical support, marketing, invoicing or payment management, which may have access to some of the personal data, namely the data necessary for the contracted purposes.
    2. Aviludo ensures that the entities that have access to the data are credible and offer high guarantees of protection, never transmitting data to them beyond what is necessary to provide the contracted service, although Aviludo remains responsible for the personal data provided.

    1. The WEBSITE is not aimed at minors under the age of 16, so we ask that minors do not provide us with personal data through the WEBSITE, application, social networks and social media or emails.

    1. Aviludo thanks you for not sending or disclosing any sensitive personal data to us, i.e. information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic information, biometric information, health data or data relating to a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.
    2. If you still send us or make us aware of these categories of personal data, they will be deleted immediately.
