Aviludo, a company specializing in the food industry, trade and distribution, will be present at the Lisbon Food Affair, which takes place between February 12 and 14 at FIL in Lisbon. In what is one of the largest national events dedicated to the food sector, Aviludo will be featuring several showcooking moments and the special participation of international chefs Anthony Sarpong - chef and owner of "Anthonys Kitchen", a restaurant awarded a Michelin Star and a Michelin Green Star - and André Wolff - chef and gastronomic consultant at Rungis Express -, as well as the presence of experienced chef José Domingos (Algarve Cuisine Academy).
In the exhibition area, the company is presenting a range of services and food solutions, in particular its own brands Uli and Bestfood.
Aware of the market and trends, Aviludo, together with makro - companies belonging to the METRO group - are promoting debate on the present and future of the sector with the support of the "Pensar3" project, developed by FIL with Edições do Gosto, which aims to promote the exchange of ideas and sharing of knowledge, through debate sessions and demonstrations dedicated to topics such as pastry, catering and cooking.
The Lisbon Food Affair is promoted by the AIP Foundation and is aimed at the areas of Food & Beverage, Horeca and Technologies for the Food Industry. Its main pillars are innovation, internationalization and sustainability. For three days, the event will bring together producers, manufacturers and the national and foreign industry, in order to provide attendees with an encounter with new players, new brands and products and new business geographies.
