Clams with Garlic

INGREDIENTS

250gr Vietnamese Brown Clam 40/60
6 Cloves of Garlic
Traditional Olive Oil Uli
10.5dl white wine
½ lemon
Coriander

 

HOW TO PREPARE

Heat the olive oil with the garlic.
Add the clams and cover until they open.
Cool with white wine, add the lemon juice and coriander.
